    Yes, Google is updating today.. I have notice it just right now from India.
    One of my blog had PR1 & an seo tool show PR 3, so to confirm, I install Google tool bar & found that PR is updated to 3 from 1.. WOW !

    by the way i see different result for my blog www[dot]scolexportal[dot]info. In prchecker[dot]info, from PR 0 it becames N/A. In rank widget it is still PR 0. Can you suggest more accurate PR checking tool there? Kindly check the PR of my blog.

    This time it is the real thing and most of my new sites have gain a PR for the 1st time,although it is seen as reasonable good news its still the traffic that i am interested in more than anything else.
