But... just because an update is going on, doesn't necessarily mean any of your pages will change. Lots of pages never change from PR0...
all what im saying that many websites went to N/A mode. even cnn.com is showing N/A .. unless my toolbar is not working properly.
I personally do not pay attention to the Google PR that much any longer, especially nowadays when it is possible to gain some high quality links from low or zero PR spots. Although it can be great to work on improving the PR of websites, but since the score is only a number counted as one single factor from among tens of others, so let's try focusing on more important parts of off page optimization tasks.
People keep guessing when the next PR update is coming some say Dec 31st... honestly I think Google is going to phase out PR and focus on social reach and audience since PR can easily be gamed.
Why DP mods don't ban people who start these kinds of threads? It's very irritating to see all these Pagerank update?? threads....even though there is no update.
Dec 31st is probably pretty close to being time for the next minor update. Of course, not every page whose rank has changed will see any change in the toolbar. Only a select few. If you have a local lottery, you might as well play it. Probably get better odds.
I heard other's site updated . But there has not been a major update by Google and no one is sure if they will still do it or not. But i suggest that you dont worry about PR too much.
There has been a major SERP update about 1 month ago. Pagerank update is not coming anytime soon. Even it come it has very little effect on your ranking, as someone said before Google update pageranks almost everyday but you don't see it.
I think google update pr for new sites all the time , hopefully no more major update , so we will not pay attention to it anymore , and have more time to build good contents. ..
google make their pr update for around 3 month you have to wait till next google pr update and make sure your website has some links because Google PR is based on Links.
