Hi , I looked at some threads here about the PR UPDATE and A quick question came to my mind was IS THE PR UPDATE TARGETED ? like the BLOG GUEST was affected by it , some others sites also lose PR but some sites were not touched, infact alot of sites and surely the sites of my fellow bloggers who I follow and visit daily , I looked at about 23 blogs of my friends but NO CHANGE, another thing came to my mind while writing this thread was that all sites were affected NEGATIVELY or someone got an improvement too ?
