    No. In that case, I'm not particularly worried -- the site is a forum and all links get visitors to the forum.

    So it isn't always a critical issue, but worth remembering nonetheless for where it does matter.

    Thats not quite true. What you are doing is splitting your links between those "sites" and non of them is getting the full benefit. By combining with a 301 all the power will go to one "site" and I believe you will actually see a boost.

    keep in mind that "Naturally" speaking, everyone won't or "wouldn't" link to your site in exactly the same manner or with the exact URL.... Having a few different ones in the mix is a good thing too... ;)
