Are they days of Google PR updates numbered? Just like we had the regular Google Dance with SERPs until a few years ago, I suspect the big "dance" is coming to an end. I think PR (and visible PR) will update on an almost daily basis! Perhaps visible PR will be phased out???
Who cares anyway since PageRank is a joke. The PR score you see doesn't reflect actual ranking in Google. Anyone who relies on PR to gauge the quality of websites should question themselves. PageRank was primarily used when Google was young, but now it is only symbolic. Google has something different, and it is classified. I've successfully got some PR2/PR3 websites to rank at #1 position on Google search results. That's already above thousands of PR4+ websites.
