My site's index page had pr2 , I have change some keywords and title of the page. Now I have found my index page PR is 0.

What to do to regain the PR

PR doesnt have much to do with the keywords you use on the page. It is an indicator of the quantity and quality of links that point to a page. What is the URL in question?

As pointed out there is possibly a PR update going on.
Why would your PR go down? Who knows, may be a number of reasons.
Just try to gain more quality backlinks and hopefully it'll come back up.

PR is shuffling through datacenters... once the datacenters complete the update all datacenters will show the new PR.

Yes, I noticed a couple of sites having a PR0 drop on many DCs (aprox 80%) as well... and other sites having a PR0 on the DCs where first ones kept their PR...

this is a good indicator of a PR update... let's wait for some weeks and see

you know its really weird I found this post, yesterday I was playing around with this site I own, I was sure what I was going to do with it , so I uploaded some files and had a pr0, when I reuploaded the old stuff the pr went back to 4

Now this could have just been aquicidense of the datacenters changing I believe, but I did see that as well

I think it was just the datacenters flickering.

PR has absolutely nothing to do with content changes - it is determined SOLEY by incoming links to your page. Different data centers are reporting different PR, so the flucuations are happening because you are connecting to different data centers.
