Hi guys, I have a little question with Google plus link where you can put links aside from your website. Do you think does it make any help in terms of SEO or linkbuilding effort if the the business put more than 10 links on different profile across the web? Any input would be highly appreciated. You could always add them to your sig link but not sure how such linking helps RE SEO as I have only found my Google appearing for my name and have not really used it...

I'd say the only way to find out is to try it but that of course leaves a trail so of course gaining insight from others experience will be the most handy
Try to add the button +1 from thousands of million of people. So, that for them your site will be the number one position in the search engine. So, in that sense it is helpful for SEO work. Try yours.
I might not be understand the question correctly. Are you asking if adding your other social media accounts to your Google + profile works as a backlinking process? I'm not so sure that it would help in that regard at all. However, I think you definitely should connect all your other accounts with Google+ because they are putting a lot of emphasis on social metrics and individual authority in their rankings. So if you do a lot of sharing on your social networks about "dog training" for example, Google might start looking at you as an authority on "dog training." That may end up playing a big part in rankings for content that you write about dog training in the future.
