Google Plus Url change according to my username

    I have a Fan Page on Google Plus, I want customize the URL of my page according to my user and name or business, but the URL is in numeric. I am not find any option to changing or customize the url on Google Plus Setting. Kindly share me how to change it.:eek::confused:

    Google does offer it but it hasn't been in full roll out yet... Only to a few beta or test cases of extreme active profiles.
