    Hi Guys,

    Recently I signed up for Google Play Developer Console and published a paid app to the Play Store.

    I signed up using my Bulgarian address and I also paid the developer fee with my debit card from my local Bulgarian bank.

    Now when I need to add a payout payment method with Google I'm unable to add other than Bulgarian banks.

    My issue with using Bulgarian banks is they high fee when it comes to international currency exchange fees and I want to use my other Lithuanian bank account.

    Is this possible?
