Google is going to rule the internet by introducing their own policies.

"Overly Optimized"... Could that include the kind that keyword stuff where every keyword stuffing word is about keyword stuffing as many keyword stuffed phrases in one square keyword stuffing area per keyword stuffing?

    :p

It's nothing new, shit this goes back years ago, http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66358 - that was 2011... I think what you mean is they are further developing tools to recognizing keyword spamming, also Panda was focusing on this months ago... it's funny how someone sees this news and goes "this is new" and it's not... old news... http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/avoid-keyword-stuffing/ - 2007 keyword stuffing - it's all similar.
