Just a heads up on some news just in case you haven’t heard. Google has just announced its Google Mobile Adsense Beta within the last week or two and it is already starting to make certain bloggers some money.

Establishing its Beta version of the Mobile Adsense, Google is apparently emailing some more established blogs to try and test it out. According to a blogger at Self Made Minds, they received an actual email from Google asking them to try it out. So what does this mean for us Bloggers in the future. $Money$, but how much?

Google is just in their Beta testing stage with Mobile Adsense, but there is an unlimited possibility for website publishers to make money on this one. If you think about it, probably at least 90% of the people you know have a cell phone. And with the constant rolling out of more high-speed network capable phones, the target audience is growing by the day.

Google wants to be able to take advantage of this large population of mobile surfers by offering ads on mobile websites. In order to use Adsense Mobile though I believe the sites must be coded in either WML, XHTML, or CHTML which could be a problem for some people, but not over bearing.

Although just in its Beta stage, the development of Mobile Adsense is an exciting step forward in the world of advertising, especially for Blogs. But, I do see a major concern. Will people actually be clicking these ads? Most people do not go on their mobile phones just to surf the net, most networks are still too slow for that.

The general consumers has preset websites that they visit regularly, but as the high speed networks keep improving this will eventually payoff in the long run especially if you have an established blog with a clean mobile website.

When surfing on a mobile phone I would think most people just want content, not ads all over the place, so we will see how this plays out. So this is just basically a heads up for another way for you to make money in the future so start developing a clean mobile site that you will be able you use Mobile Adsense on in the future and you mite be able to cash in.

What do you think about Google and its new venture into the mobile world? Leave a comment! Will it payoff for website publishers or will it make mobile sites look cluttered. Does this steer away from what a mobile surfer’s real goal is; ease of use and convenience? What do you think?

Well, what the differnce? If people access sites through mobile, they will see the same content (along with ads) as they would on a PC monitor.
