Google Places

HI,

Can anyone guide me, how to optimize the google places. How google give preferences to that places?

 

You register for an acc on the google site. google will gather content related to your site from the internet and the comment about you on google.

 

Google places works on a seperate algorithm to organic search results. For Places you need several things that will help your position.

• Reviews and Ratings
• Complete Listing (Pictures, Videos etc)
• Citations (More About this Place)
• User Verfied Listing

The citations need to be consistent through out the internet (business name, address, telephone, web address etc) so that google can easily identify the data to your places listing.

Backlinks to the places listing do help but are not that important.

 

google places allow for listing a business location,on goolge map..

 

When u login google and give verification and must add spreadsheet and its very useful for this future traffic check my
