I have recently went through a round of updates to my Google Places page and about two weeks later my page got suspended. In the status section it says that "This listing was rejected because it doesn't meet the quality guidelines." It is now almost impossible to find my page and the name now got changed from my DBA, which is also my website URL to my corporate name. I don't know what the issue is and it has proven to be incredibly difficult to find any sort of contact information to ask for feedback on what the issue is. I had to move the marker on the map because it used to show up in an incorrect location by default. And when I pull up my business address in Google maps it still shows up in that incorrect location. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
how about review your listings again and follow the guidelines: http://www.google.com/support/places/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=107528
If you are still showing up with the incorrect information, you will need to re-do your citation work to correct it elsewhere on the net so when google scrapes it you will have the updated correct information attach to your new corrected listing.
I just noticed that google places may have some value. Is there anything google (pages) especially looks for on your site. Or perhaps check up addresses and phone numbers in any way?
