Ok its been 4 days now that google disapproves any ad that goes to a subpage of my site because the destination url is not working for them but seems to be working fine. Any ad with the main url is approved just fine so i am not sure what their problem is. Anyway for example this ad was just approved because they claim a 404 error: (WARNING: Adult toy site, However page below contains no nudity) http://www.squaz.com/products/Japanese-Clover-Clamps.html Can some one check this and see if it is working for them I am stumped as to why the sub page ads keep getting disapproved fr this reason.
Thank you both for testing it for me. Does anyone have any theories as to why the link is not working for google (BTW the page is indexed by google)
have you tried searching for that url using google itself? their spider may have shown up, but thats no guarantee it loaded the page correctly, and may be an indication as to what is casuing your problem
your site is mostly related to the adult industry. Google only allows special advertisers to bid in this niche. Your site must go through a formal google review and many people do not get approved for this niche
Adult ads are tough to get approved in google. you can try adbrite/yahoo which still approves nearly all adult ads
google allows and and all adult toy websites to be auto approved. I did end up contacting google. they said it is a technical issue on their end that they are getting fixed. i asked about my ad and they assured me that i am totally allowed to advertise.
Have the same problem with some of my sites ! I don't know what the problem is all my sites load perfectly :s Greets
Basically google could also be getting blocked via their IP, check and add their spiders url into your ip acceptance box.
Is your site indexed on Google yet? If it is then there should be no reason for Adwords reps to say its a 404! I had a similar problem on one of my sites and I decided to watch my server downtimes. I realized my server was frequently down for a couple of hours everyday. I contacted support and they told me they are doing some maintenance. I decided to wait and created a new ad campaign when my server was in top shape again. Maybe you could check with your host?
yeah, looks like you might need to change your host - by the sounds of things the page is up and down - so Google won't let it be authorised
