Google pictures - works on PR?

    Does google pictures work on pagerank at all? Before the last update I got 0 traffic from google pictures. My PR didn't really change for one of my sites, but now its getting a lot of traffic from google pictures! Not that I'm complaining, its great, but I'd like to know why and how to reproduce it. Any ideas anybody?

    PR could affect google pictures traffic, not google pictures traffic the PR

    yeh, thats kind of what I was thinking. So you think pagerank does affect google images... interesting...
