    This most definately has TM issues. The last thing you want is google on your case.
    If you do want a law suit from google against you then I would keep it.

    Google does not make phones, Google is not a phone brand name. If your site becomes popular, google may take steps to take your site down.

    Better to change that to android. Since android is a brand name Google cannot ask you for android name.

    It depends on sites rank and traffic. The higher it ranks the more traffic it gets the more money it is worth.

    Putting google or other famous trademarks, especially coined ones, makes a domain have a negative value because of the potential lawsuit damages.
