    Do you think Google personalized search is going to help us in Seo.

    Though it is friendly for users, but I think it doesn't offer much in terms of SEO.

    Nope! It should make it harder to get traffic for most searches. (IMO)

    you don't have to worry since the major google users are still using the default searching.. besides search results are not accurate..
