Google Personalized Search ( Beta )

    Google Personalized Search ( Beta ) - How will this affect search results ?

    First of all sorry if this has be raised before but having a google Account Ive found it a bit worrying that the google beta will over ride the results.

    I track my sites and always have to remember to ¬ Turn OFF Personalized Search (Beta) for these results ¬ Otherwise I think Im king of the google world.

    So how will this effect your site listings if Google Personalized Search is over riding the most relevant results and this rolls out as a standard feature with google search.

    Hope this make sense as have had a beer :p

    It doesn't override the most relevant results because relevant results depend on who you ask. The goal of the personalized search is to give you the most relevant results for YOU.
