Google Penguin Updates effect on SEO.

After the last Google Penguin Updates, Some web master has option that may be directory submission are bad SEO technique, but as far as my knowledge it is still an important and good for SEO. But I have statistics that some of my sites are working great with directory submission, their traffic is increased, PR increased, and also the keyword rank increase. I invite all of DP ( Specially Senior SEO, Directory owner) member to share their opinion.

 

Unfortunately, from my experience and from peers knowledge i have found that directory submission leads to drop in keywords rankings and their by traffics. It seems that Google is finding links from such sites as spamming.

 

Can you provide any proof, or you follow the assumption.

 

My website dunyanewz.com is almost 2 months old but still it do not have any user from search engine. my question is that what should be done to get good ranking for dunyanewz.com. Its content is mainly educational and also it may contain the material regarding entertainment and images. Also please me that what should be the content of the website so that the website remain save in google's eye. My selection is educational stuff but i also want to include entertainment stuff.

Google Penguin has targeted mainly on Keyword Staffing, cloaking. But as per the Matt Cutts, Google Penguin has also targeted on link schemes which is the part of the OffPage optimization.

it still works very well for my sites. But I only use the good directories, directories are indexed by google and usually the paid directories. They are well maintained and organized, less than 50 links per page. You choose the best suitble category for your site, and google count your link as relevant content and natural linking.

I thought old school avenue are less value in link building and here penguin updates that's need quality content, how about article marketing? Even you create good quality content but penguin don't like duplicate content? It is mean that quality content good only for one article submission sites? 'coz if you submit it again you have now duplicate content... can any one have more explanation regarding my concern?

3-Sending automated queries to Google
4- Websites distributing malware

Well,first of all over optimization on sites,copy content,keyword stuffing are the main factors and penguin affects both off-page and on-page..

 

Its drive against spamming and unethical SEO techniques has taken a new turn, as the search engine giant warns websites to remove all the paid links, new or old.

 

I got good keyword ranking and page-rank after penguin update and after doing all the activities, directory, bookmarking, article, forums posting, classifieds, blog comments.

Make sure you work all off page activities with quality and quantity

Sites using black hat SEO have been highly affected by google penguin update.

 

keyword need to be researched before doing so.
and also it's related to your website's products.
Penguin updates, do effect lots of websites. SEO should be do some updates,,,, but I don't know how to do.

Yeah. Still i think directory submission will be bad, because of the directory sites are in poor rank which affect our rank from google.
