I removed all my forum signature links...but google need lots of time to update my link profile in webmaster tool (2 months or more for cache all pages). Next time Google penguin update, they only consider link profile shown own webmaster tool or all removed links. In Simple: Google penguin algorithm update consider only cached pages or all pages (link removed but not update or cached)
Google consider all the links , not only the cached ones. The links should be out from index to not be considered (not only from google cache)
That means google consider all webpages (original source not cached) for google penguin update...I removed all bad links will be considered for next penguin update...
