Google Penguin Rolling out in US?

Hello,

Is anyone else seeing large ranking movements in the States?

I see that AccuRanker's Google Grump is seeing a lot too:

But I can't see anything on the forums yet.

As i observed in my location there is no noticeable movements in rankings as of now but i do believe that Google is implementing the new update which is Penguin and a slow process that will not affect much on the results. Then the full effect will occur this coming month and that's Google will officially launch its Penguin update.

 

I have also didn't find any changes to Google search result.

 

may be rolling out slowley because some of my sites ranking up and down with huge gap.

Heard that Google penguin update will be in this (2016), but when it will be roll out...can some one have any idea.

 

My ahrefs tracker tells me that there is quite some movement today on google.com.kh (down from 9 to 24 and up from 33 to 22).

Serplab shows me some big changes in the US as well
