    Create a robot.txt file and disallow Google bot from accessing your wp-plug ins folder.

    One big reason for penalty is, referencing bad links or blocked website. Google immediately block your site if it finds face links on your website.

    The google visit on our site got very high bounce rate, much higher than before.
