How do you know if you have a penalty against your site? What does it actually say in webmaster tools?
Type your website address without "http://" in Google search and if there's no "more results" for it then it is under penalty.
Type top-replica.com and then ehandbag-replica.com and you will see the difference: (top-replica.com is under penalty)
If there's no results, it means that it is banned. I'm wondering more about a penalty, how would you know if there is some kind of penalty on the site, would it show in webmaster tools and if so, is it in the form of an email?
the idea is to check how your site does in the returned search results. check this using something that is pretty unique to your site, and for which your site has good SEO. so search for the exact title of an indexed page of your site, without quotation marks - and without the name of the site. it shouldn't be too common a title - i.e. a title not found elsewhere. if it's not #1... and not even on the first page, your site is most probably in a penalty.
top-replica isn't banned, but it would appear to be penalized. the way to check if a site is penalized is to search for just the domain name, without any www. or .com and if the site isn't penalized it should be the first URL listed - if it doesn't appear on the first spot or the first page, that indicates some kind of penalty
Go to google search bar and type your URL. If google doesn't show any results about your site, then definitely your site is banned.
