Hmmm... seems like alot of people are complaining about the same problem on this website. I hope it hasn't happened to my blog. Has anyone figured out why it's happening?
This is a reflection of quality of your incoming links compared to your competitors. There are some exception case if the site is new but most of the time it is a reflect that your site need more link building and domain age. Ranking for competitive keywords will stable if your site has acquired quality links from many sources and enough domain age with unique contents.
No, I don't, I have few links on my page, from link exchanges and only 1 (1-way) link for someone who asked nicely.
sometimes it doo happened that your indexed blog disappered in the search engine but couple of days it will return back
PR is not so important. More important are the results in Google that are getting very strange lately. Are you also seeing something weird in your serps? Please write about this.
There seems to be a massive shake up going on. Even on the google pr bar, you will find discrepancies on your back links from one minute to the next. Its just a case of sitting back and waiting, with a big prayer thrown in for good measure.
it happened to me either.....who can tell me how to fix that...that keywords get so many traffic.......
Come on man, you have more than 100 posts and still talk rubbish... how can page rank update affect your ranking? Most likely he got 10k+ links in one month and got banned.
I am also suffering with the same issue. Still indexed but lost on almost 90% of major keywords. Is it because of 6000 inboun links to my blog. I have 6000 links as per my WM tools. Is there anyone who can help me in understanding this better. Katalin : Your last msg is giving me some hopes
This happened to one of my test website. Disappeared from google and come back to normal and dropped to bottom of the page and still there. The reason was: I got little heavy on link building (3 keyphrase) and did not vary that much. That's it. This happened to 3 of my keywords which I was building links. If something like this happens always blame yourself?
