google penalty question

if you purchase links from a link broker and the links were there for several months but all of a sudden the link broker took all the links out would there be a google penalty? If so, what is the best way to remedy the situation? Would purchasing links on other sites replacing those missing links on the existing site do the trick?

You would`nt get a penalty for links being removed, but you would get a penalty for buying links

Don't buy links. Google catches up with all sites that sell links and there is also a function in google webmaster tools for site owners to report sites selling links, which google then penalises.

You're site won't be affected if you're buying links in other website.

You know and Google knows for sure, that you can't control who might link to your website.. and in most cases won't affect your website ranking if a Viagra or a SPAM websites are linking to your website.

However, loosing a quality link even bought one might reduce your website ranking in the SERP's

I strictly recommend you to never buy any links. This is because, Google have in-house logarithms to detect paid links.

    So, please avoid it...

You cant get a penalty for buying links otherwise you could penalise your competitors websites by buying links to them

you wouldn't get a penalty, but you might loose backlinks, if you want high serps, its better to have backlinks.

google may well penalize you if they find out that you are buying links. now, obviously the internet is a huge place so google only nabs and penalizes a certain #, and the penalty varies too, from losing your page rank (which in the case of a local guy in my niche, he never lost any of his rankings with his valued keywords but did lose the page rank from pr 4 to pr 0) to more serious penalties. my general understanding is that google usually devalues those links that's it.
also depends on how discrete you are with the tactic. in general it's good to avoid buying links but I am not qualified to say it can never ben done but probably should be avoided. there are plenty of other ways to get good backlinks etc.

If you dont buy links you can forget about competing with the big sites. blah blah google will punish you blah blah, the sad fact is that for every site that gets caught another pops up to take its place, so just roll with the punches otherwise you can stay happy with a top 10 position instead of a top 2. Look at any site and analyze their backlinks, 95% of them buy links in some way. The other just spam the hell out of every social media outlet possible. In reality its worse not to pay, you just create junk on the net. Normally a business that is doing well has money to spend therefore is a worthwhile business and can afford more advertising, hence more link building. Make perfect sense to em to buy links in the real world.

buying links is not the way to generate backlinks , but still when you se SERPs in google among top 5 results you will find there backlinks in the paid directories an so on ,but i heard also that buying links can penalize you if google somehow come to know that you have done it.
