    Hi,

This is my health site: http://www.healthsafetytips.com/

Site was penalised in last panda update by google. My site was moved on 5th page from 1st page even with its own keyword with sites name and still on the same page. I have requested for reconsidering my site many times to google after removing all links and blogposts from home page of my site but every time I received following messages:

Dear site owner or webmaster of http://www.healthsafetytips.com/,
We received a request from a site owner to reconsider http://www.healthsafetytips.com/ for compliance with Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
We've reviewed your site and we believe that some or all of your pages still violate our quality guidelines.

In order to preserve the quality of our search engine, pages from http://www.healthsafetytips.com/ may not appear or may not rank as highly in Google's search results, or may otherwise be considered to be less trustworthy than sites which follow the quality guidelines.

If you wish to be reconsidered again, please correct or remove all pages that are
outside our quality guidelines. When such changes have been made, please visit https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsiderat.

Please experienced webmasters review my site and help me out from this trouble. Please tell me what is the exact problem in my site which is still against Google quality guidelines.

I will be very thankful for any help in this regard.

    Thanks and Regards

    ATG

Try using google web site optimiser and i believe google webmaster tools has some test runs you could use in order to give you an indication of what might be the issue.

    Good luck
