Several of my affiliate websites have been penalized on google since the beginning of August. I've been working at trying to fix the problems, but I have not had any luck yet. I've added lots of content and fixed many onpage issues. Google just replies to my reconsideration requests with a generic reply referencing their quality guidelines. I may need to make some drastic changes so that my websites look like legitimate businesses and not just affiliate sites. I'm hoping to hire someone who has a solid understanding of what it takes to convert an affiliate catalog format website into a quality website that is not just be classified as an affiliate. Should I be trying to offer some kind of paid service? Or should I just be overloading the site with additional content? Or maybe there are some changes that I could to make it to add value to the site. I need your help figuring this out. I am willing to pay a good price for your help, but hopefully you can do a performance based contract. Maybe a set base price for your help and then a larger payment once we get the penalties lifted. If you can help me out, I would be very grateful. If you are interested, I could even extend a share of website income for a set period after the penalty is lifted. Are you a complete idiot? Where did I say I was asking for free services? And what does my itrader have to do with anything? I have over 100 positive itraders. Most of my negative itraders are from shady link sellers who removed my links early and did negative itrader after I called them out. itrader is a lousy system, but I am willing to use it to warn others at the expense of getting negatives myself. Anyways, I don't have to explain myself to you. I wouldn't hire someone with a mere 3 itraders on their account. Thank you to all the people who replied so far.
