Google penalizing for using YPN?

    I've got YPN on one of my vBulletin forum sites... I've got a sitemap that's updated regularly and submitted to Google. Google spiders are all over the site every day. I've got vbSEO installed, search-engine friendly URLs, etc, etc, etc.

    There are only 132 pages listed in Google.

    I've got 2 other sites that are newer, and both have almost every page listed...

    Could it be that I'm being penalized by Google for having YPN on that site instead of Adsense?

    I don't think so. They have their entire asset of reputation at stake if they do things like it. Very unlikely they will do things like it, IMHO

    Google in my point of view dont use such techniques to force ppl use adsense instead of ypn .

    There are athics in the field and big gaints follow ethics

    Yes like Enron, Adelphia, Worldcom and more.. Big boys love their ethics...:)

    Reality is though, they have too much to lose. Their goal needs to be providing the best search engine results possible. banning people who use other ad programs does not make that possible.

    Although I do have a site that has been eliminated from Yahoo's Index since I put yahoo ads on it. So perhaps Yahoo penalizes for yahoo ads. :)
