    Your link partners might have removed the links or their websites might be penalized and so your ranking has gone down.

    Best way to build permanent backlinks is to build links from article directories write one or two articles a day submit it to different directories with your link in it.

    Slowly but consistently within ten days i am sure you will be back to page one and position #1.
