Google Penalization for "link for sale" forums???

Maybe I'm be a little paranoid, but I'm nervous that Google might be spidering the "links for sale" forum here at digital point and trying to penalize webmasters how participate in those threads. I'm sure the people over at Google are smart enough to read the links in our signatures and compare them to other data that they have (such as when new links to those sites suddenly appear).

Should I delete all links from my signature???

I'm curious to hear other people's thoughts on this topic.

    Thanks in advance

It's ok to have this paranoia, I think, as it's kinda reasonable... But i don't think such a giant as Google would care much about small sites and forums and things. BUT if a website gets extremely high in rank and quickly and suspiciously - then they'll deal with it...

so just tryin to keep it as human as possible...
