That is a good to average amount you are earning. You will never earn that much from many other ad networks. I think it is more about trying to get a higher CTR than anything.

CTR (Click Thru Rate) is the number of clicks you receive divided by the number of impressions.

Your CTR is very, very low. Improving it will depend on factors such ad placement, blending your ads into your content, and where your traffic comes from, etc.

Use the larger ads, which will be seen more. Depending on if it will hurt the users experience or not. This will increase the clicks though.

Your CTR is not good at allyou should have tripled your amount with a basic CTR of 1.5%
Unless my Math is wrong; which is entirely possible.

16 cents isn't bad. Depends on what you compare it too. Try getting 7 clicks for .02!!! haha

Yeah 16 cents a click is not bad. You could be getting as little as one or two cents per click. Be grateful. :p

If you want to earn more, than start more websites in different niches.

I would just focus on your CTR right now. That's pretty darn low.

I'd be more discouraged by the very low CTR.

See if you can improve your site some to facilitate better action.

It could be that the site isn't optimized for ad display or that the ads are poorly targeted--or both.

You only have 106 clicks out of 27294 impressions? That's a poor click rate. You might make some money if you can get more people to click your ads.
...or switch to a higher paying niche.
