I have a domain which was ranking on top 10 for keywords related to real estate including inner pages as well. Recently my home page is gone out of ranking shown no where on Google. Surprisingly inner pages are still ranking. There was a minor change in ranking for inner pages. It seems like a penalty for my home page. I have analyzed this domain and also copyscape it. I got 4 results showing as copied content so better if you do a content update for home page. Also need to main keyword density and proximity in the proper way to compete with real estate industry over the web. BtW it is not penalized at all.
