    It is not official of course, but it is a reputed site. Even Matt Cutts, Google's Web Spam Team head have linked to this blog earlier in one of his articles.
    I do agree with this fact. I am also experiencing the same.

    Absolutely true. I wrote only original content till now and my articles (including my watermarked image, which itself is a proof) were copied and is still being copied by content scrapers and they rank above me!
