    Google has announced a new Panda Update on 22nd January'13 which has noticeable impact 1.2% of English based queries according to Google.
    I just want to know, What is the meaning of " impact 1.2% of English based queries ". Please explain.

    It means the 1.2% of total English searches made in Google, Worldwide.
