Google Paid me $0.01 on 68 Impressions

    Hello Friends!
    I have just started a blog on blogger.com.

    I want to know does google pays to its publisher on only impressions? I think not...

    But google paid me on only impressions to my site. These is no click and I have 1 Cent.

    Yeah, I don't understand Google for that... sometimes I get money from impressions, sometimes not.

    You do get paid per impressions or per click. Depends on what type of ads are being displayed on your site.

    When you reach a certain number of impressions-- I think it is 10,000 they pay .01-- no matter if you had clicks or not. It maybe 1000, can't remember now. Unless your account is new and you have only had 68 impressions then I think it was a rollover from previous impressions.

    Be careful-- I think adsense TOS might prohibit the dicussion of actual clicks, impressions and payout. I think you can only discuss the total payout.

    Some advertisers choose to pay per impression some per click. So if you get PPI ads on your site depending on how many times they've been shown on your site you get a portion of the fee paid to google

    Its not new. I have gotten a penny for a few page impressions as well. It was a long time ago though, now Im earning so much, I cant worry about pennies. ;)

    It seems I only get PPI when I get a lot of traffic, when traffic dies down I dont see any PPI at all now...
