For past couple of months people were waiting for Google+ Pages and been using profile as a business page. Which leads to blocking profile. For past couple of months Google have been asking to businesses to wait for a while and now when the page has arrived (Google+ Opens Its Doors To Businesses, Brands And Places) What do you think? Did it meet your expectation? What do you think it could compete with the Facebook Pages? Last month Chitika reported : Google+ Traffic Falls 60% After Public Launch. After release of Google+ Pages can they overcome this fall or Google+ Pages will be lost like Google Wave & Google Buzz. Remains a question.
True. And it's funny the way they promote it like building a page will increase your business's exposure but nobody uses Google+. --- What Google should have done, while stealing Facebooks idea, is incorporate those functions into Youtube. Millions already have a Youtube account and they use it to share videos on Facebook. Google should have disabled the sharing to Facebook and added Social networking functionality to Youtube. I think they would have had a better chance that way. just my opinion anyway.
It could not compete facebook pages I think. See, chitika said that the traffic has fallen by 60%. personally i do not like google+ too much.
The more tools they listed , the more traffic will be diffluent . Google is good at Searching , once there is anybody want to find out any infor ; But facebook is a sociality network , when people are happy , angry .... , they can post their want .
i think Old is always Gold. and if you try to establish something by copying others then it will never be like it and people will never accept it like the 1st one. i think everyone understood what i meant
Seriously speaking, google+ is not widely used till date by most of the people. I don't think that it can compete with Facebook pages.
Most of people I know use facebook, google+ had a bad move back then when a sudden bump of people use it.
Google has a lot of catching up to do with Facebook and by the way things are looking, it will not catch up in some time soon. The new people at Facebook have already made the recent updates already. Google needs some serious thinking to do.
