Sad that my website PR been stick for years and do not have changes after last two panda and penguin update. But surprise that my subdomain which is a blog PR increase.
It is OK Just do some more quality work for your site and wait for next PR update. I am sure you will definitely improve your site's PR

I saw the changes. My old blog lost its PR since I don't have time to update it. Though it's okay since I have new plans to change different type of money site. lol
At that time, I did not get any improvement in my website VacationPackagesIndia.us Page Rank. But I emphasis for creating unique content and quality backlinks in a regular way because in SEO....Content is the king. Next time let see my website Page Rank.
I wouldn't be entirely sure about that. I have noticed a connection between time interval between updates and PR. One new often-updated site I have with just about 7 backlinks recently got PR3. Another much bigger (but less recently updated) one with 127 (and many strong ones) remained at PR2. And that's just one of several examples.
Question really is the algo change in PR; if you understand that change, you can manage your PR much better.
Backlinking is king in PR. Work at it 2-3 months, and you'll see results. Make sure your links come from quality sites, though.
