Google PageRank update in April 2009

    Today morning I noticed that Google updated PageRank.
    One of my site now have Page Rank 3 (before 1).
    My business catalog seotrader.com now have Page Rank 2 before 0.

    I don't think it was an "overall" update, I think Google is now having smaller updates regularly to various sites. I believe this as I've noticed my PageRank has been jumping around the past few months.

    has anyone noted any different trends or trending with the Google algorithm this time around
    Any major changes to note in how Google awards and rewards links and types of links overall or specifically ?
