    Hi peoples!

As we know Pagerank update is done today by Google and noticed some 'strange' things...
I've a new website it's a new site, Google indexed it 1-2 months ago, have totally two backlinks, one from a PR0 page and one from a PR7 website's subpage.
This directory site have got PR 4 :)
Have another one directory site 4 months old, have some good backlinks from good PR websites (directories mostly) and i've driven to it some deeplink from my another directories but same IP zone. It not moving from PR0... :)

    What do you say?
What changes did you experienced on Your own sites?

What you describe sounds like the links to the second site aren't counted. This is a known phenomenon.

Though algorithms change, I don't think the concept or calculation of pagerank specifically changes. How it's used changes though.

One link from a PR6 page can give a site a PR4. From PR0 to PR4 it's not necessary many links. It gets tougher from there.

Looks like google algo is not easy to be understood. Anyhow, we are dependant on its pagerank to boost our site. We still need to try to learn about it.

PR3 is easy to get. He probably just has some decent content and the site is aged...thats about all it takes to get a PR3.
