    Established sites on the top positions, crappy sites outside top10 :D

    No really, it's still all about backlinks and onpage optimization.

    Buy from high PR sites without a list of links longer than 20. (30 is what most people say). Buy links in your niche market and use good anchor text. Make sure your site uses good SEO practices and you should be good to go just be patient.

    If you're working in a competitive niche, buying links is a must.
    Just as mixke said, be careful with the links you buy. In-content links from related sites are the best.
