hi, i used similar web promotions methods for these sites www.uswebtraffic.com www.displaymediasolutions.com www.contextualpopundertraffic.com but only www.contextualpopundertraffic.com - has PR 1 whereas www.contextualpopundertraffic.com & www.uswebtraffic.com both links back to www.displaymediasolutions.com also, interesting fact, both www.uswebtraffic.com and www.contextualpopundertraffic.com are hosted on same ip when can i expect my page ranks to update?? does it happens on weekly , monthly basis?
Hi Even if you use the same methods in promoting your site or make it to pr1. There's still a lot of things must be considered like the competition of the keywords you are using.
No i mean, i did directory submissions to similar site lists blog posting to similar site list Article submissions with all article having 3 links but then, i see results for only one so far, not sure why
no fix period, google can update it anytime as they want. However, based on the history, they update PR at least 4 times per year
Pagerank is not only about backlinks. Google describes PageRank: "PageRank reflects our view of the importance of web pages by considering more than 500 million variables and 2 billion terms. Pages that we believe are important pages receive a higher PageRank and are more likely to appear at the top of the search results."
Some SEO expert said Google update Pagerank every time their crawler reach our site. All checker sites publish it usually every three month but in the last update, I found three update less than 2 months.
dude quality does matter. Types of traffic rush from your one domain to another is important . creating backlinks is not just important
if you trying to promote and update your Blog PR it talk 5 different step then you reach your PR, 1) SEO Effeectively - in short in increase traffic flow 2) Consistent blogging 3) linking out more often 4) SEO method to write the articles 5) Social Networking
The PR takes at least 3-4 months to update. During this time period all the content on your site and the links coming back to it are analyzed. The way the content was got or the way the links were made play a major role in determining what the PR of the site will be after the update. Also to prevent the dilution of link juice make sure that most of the outgoing links are Nofollow.
may be, but i made another site and did blog submissions for it, www.buyemailtraffic.com, now strange thing is it got PR 2 in 2 months, which was surprise for a fresh domain. i did took links from the same stuff for other websites but results produced nothing for those? So not sure how to sort things, same back links for one site got it PR 2 and other sites which rather have better design are struggling
You should work on quality of your sites and content, not only on backlinks building. PR usually updates 3-4 times a year, but nobody could tell you exact time of update.
Toolbar Page Rank updates every 2 months, but Real Page Rank (the one that Google produces) are updated randomly. No one can really tell how often Google updates page rank in one day.
