I dont think so, the bots dont really care/ no way of knowing where your site is hosted, for them its all the same

No, you don't lose your PageRank unless people currently linking you decide to remove their links because of your new site.

BUT - your ranking positions may indeed change, because as your content changes Google re-evaluates the keywords relevant to your site and makes necessary adjustments.

    The what? :p

    Hi, crash9811

I think in the long run, you might lose your PR and SERP if you could not do same quality seo jobs on your new site. IMO. :)

    Have a nice day,

I think you will not loose your PR as long as you don't change your niche or site url.

You won't lose your pagerank. You will only lose it if you change the structure of your website i.e going from .html to .php or .asp. If you keep the structure the same then there is no issue.

Of course search engines know where your hosting it, this is irrelivant though. 100% you will NOT lose your page rank if the URL is to remain the same. If you change the URL use Google webmaster tools and let Google know, Google will pass the page rank onto the new url.

you wont loose PR instantly.. but it may happen that you loose some rank on the next update... and it fully depends on your current niche...
