    Hi All Forums Member,

Google always suggest if you want to make a web site Search Engine Friendly your web site will be index. if data comes from database your pages wouldn't be index in google & not get any page rank.

But if you run http://www.gmail.com you can see the page rank is 10.
and in address bar show the URL - https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.google.com%2Fmail%2F%3Fui%3Dhtml%26zy%3Dl&ltmpl=yj_blanco&ltmplcache=2

Can anybody suggest me why gmail page rank is 10. I think he gets daily more & more hits or anything else.

    All suggestion are welcome!!!

    Thanks,
    Sapindia

Though static pages have very little advantages instead of dynamic
In most cases dynamic urls are indexed ok too.

sapindia, dynamic pages get indexed. Look at how many pages this forum has in google's index...All posts stored in databases...

I may be wrong, but I watched the video too. Doesn't he mean that dynamic pages get PR, but don't pass PR? He said something like one level deep. Was that the gist of it?

Not exactly. PR is a way Google tracks how often a page should get crawled. Higher PR = more frequent crawling.
