No one knows exactly when they will do it. Even if they were going to do it then, they might change the day just to prove the predictors wrong. Don't worry too much about Page Rank. Just work on your site, and remember that the green candy isn't the main thing to focus on.
I couldnt have put it better myself. So many people get obsessed with pagerank, it isnt that important, whats important is getting the right traffic, and lots of it.
It won't happen earlier than the end of July, since the last one happened on 29th May. PR updates happen every 3 months, so..
Some have happened after 2 months and some after 5(i think) Only the nose knows. Google=Nose. Also I recently made $200 because of PR =) Don't say its crap.
what is your source? did they call you? LOL.. I totally agree with web geek, don't focus to what they called green candy. Optimize your site as good as you can.
I will tell this a million times, the day people stop worrying about pr and focus on good content, the Web will be a better place... Even better if some of these "Guaranteed Top 1 position" companies fall into oblivion.
