    you can sell links on your site if you have a higher page rank and also you can be at top of Google results for some keywords related to your site

    PR2 is not high,if you competitors are pagerank 5-7,then Pr 2 really not means much to your site.

    PageRank is related to backlinks. The more backlinks and the higher quality they are, the higher will be your PageRank.
    So PR2 just shows that you're doing well. Try to increase it to PR3-4 and you will be able to sell links on that site, if revenue is what you're interested in.

    the only thing you can do with PR is sell links. or sell the domain for higher price. :D it has some advantage in seo as well but not much though.

    WEll, Pagerank has no direct relationship with the SERP. It will only come to be useful if you are going to sell links.
