    Hi
Can anyone tell me what is the difference for a domain name when it shows
PR-x for www and PR-0 with out www.

    eg www.mydomain.com shows PR-3
    but mydomain.com shows PR-0

    tx in advance

Google probably indexs the site WITH the WWW and probably most of the inbound links link to the WWW version as well.

This is happened because of the canonical issue. From SEO point of view this issue is very much important for better pr & ranking. In this case google trite this two are two individual domains one is www and other without www. So one web site is fall in duplicate content category so it's not gain any pr.
