Google Page? Can get more top rank and quick Page Rank?

    Google has its Google Page to create web pages, these pages are hosted on Google's own servers.

    Can a website made in Google page get quick indexing, high rank or PR ????

    Usually it can give you rather quick indexing (5 days after submission), but PR won't be positively influenced by that in any case.
