semrush.com gives you some good free data of any sites organic rankings, only down side is that it updates slowly and the info is always about 1 month old, but I use it all the time to catch a sneak peak, cheers!

 

Alexa can help you to find out search visit and web traffic of competitors.

 

I'll prefer to take a look at Alexa and SpyFu and you'll get an idea.

 

Don't use this sought off tool to check competitors kewords.. do it manually form google... and clear ur cache copy and mru files from registry..
