Google probably has more money than Yahoo if it's Adsense vs. YPN, it's said the YPN mays more of course this isn't strictly black and white.
Ok, I'll share some experience with ya, I signed up with YPN a week or so ago, and switched some of the ads to YPN. Unfortunately I noticed some strange things that made me return the AdSense ads. The problems were the following: 1-st for my regular $0.8-$1.4 clicks I was getting only $0.4-$0.8 in YPN 2-nd on my Cocktails Website, I used to get 2%-3% CTR from AdSense and with YPN about 1%-2% I suppose Yahoo still doesn't have enough advertisers so that all topics and niches are covered with enough competition so that the prices per click to be attractive for webmasters. I do like how yahoo pn is growing but it will take about one year to equalize in publisher revenue with AdSense ... I've heard that for some keywords Yahoo Indeed pays more, but that's only for few niches that have the same popularity as in AdSense. Cheers, Venetsian
Total $$ -- Easily Google. They pay out close to a billion dollars a month to AdSense members. CPM on a site -- Harder to say. My experience is that Yahoo pays more per click, but I get far fewer clicks due to poorer targeting and a smaller advertiser pool. That experience seems common among webmasters. However, how those numbers shake out can vary from site to site. In my case, AdSense made about 50% more, so I'm sticking with it.
