In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the xxxxxxx already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included. you are familiar to the sentence ,right? does anyone face the issue. your site should rank well but you can not found in serp. but if you search with the omitted results included. you will find your site rank well. how to avoid with the problem? anyone?
I have that problem with one of my blogs.... which was moved from one site to another, with no 301 redirect since it was a free site. I suspect Google sees the new site as duplicate content, even though the original blog no longer exists (but is still indexed) Could it be the same issue in yours?
From the standpoint of someone looking for information, the omitted results aren't useful most of the time. I've stopped even looking at them. If you're coming up under this category, try changing your copy / the text on the page. Reword things, expand on some concepts, use metaphors to make certain concepts more accessible. Basically, make it less similar if the reason is "... we have omitted some entries very similar ..."
Once the page is indexed, it takes a long time to update on Google after changing your copy / the text on the page. "even though the original blog no longer exists (but is still indexed)"
